Оn 28th of December, 2009 SEE Net on Balkans – CBR BG-TR Project has been submitted applying for funding under Cross Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria-Turkey Lead Partner: National Ass. Of Small and Medium Business – Yambol branch, BULGARIA Turkish partners: Luleburgaz Municipality , Luleburgaz Businessman Association „LIAD” General objective: To improve the quality of human capital; to promote entrepreneurship; to improve the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and NGOs working for businesses; to increase their contribution to creating a favorable business environment and sustainable socio-economic development of cross-border region – Municipalities of Yambol and Tundja-Bulgaria and Luleburgaz Municipality in Turkey. |

Of Small and Medium Business – Kyustendil Branch, BULGARIA Association of hotels and restaurants owners – Sandanski, BULGARIA Municipality of Strumitza, MACEDONIA Citizens Association Center for Development and Promotion PROMO IDEA Project activities are targeted at priority axis 1 - Economic development and social cohesion, a key area of intervention 1 - Economic Development, Program for CBC IPA by supporting the region for its integration and harmonious, balanced and sustainable development. |

For further upgrading of SEE Net results “Danube River – a bridge for economic and social cooperation” project has been prepared to be submitted under the third call for proposals of CBC program Romania-Bulgaria. The cross border area Vidin – Kalafat has strong potential for devolvement. The Danube River has always been a natural path for trade and economic exchange between the two countries but new realities have to be taken into account. The proposed action is designed on the ground of preliminary analyses where the following main factors have been observed: |
