Click on "Create an account" link in the left panel on www.seenetwork.eu. Choose what type of membership you prefer.
If you select "Free membership" click on the "Free" button and proceed with your registration at the record form.
If you prefer "VIP membership" select "VIP Member", choose a payment mode and process with registration of your data.
